General information
- Tourist tax: The tourist tax for all persons (aged 14 years and over) is € 3,00 (from 01/01/2024) per person and night and is not included in our prices.
- As confirmation for your booking we kindly ask you to transfer an advance payment of 200 € per week. Our bank details:

- Pets are not allowed out of respect for the other guests.
- Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 monts prior to the set arrival date free of charge. If you cancel your booking from 3 months until 1 month prior to your date of arrival the full deposit will be forfeited. From 1 month to 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival we calculate 30% cancellation fee. In the last two weeks before your arrival we calculate 70% cancellation fee.
- Of course you look forward to your holiday. But up to the journey and during your vacation anything can happen! We recommend that you take out our Red Rooster Cancellation Protection policy (withdrawal insurance) in order to avoid incurring any unexpected costs.
- Payment: We offer the following methods of payment (at departure): Visa, Mastercard, cash card and cash. You may also pay before departure by bank transfer according to the current legislation.
